About the Business
Our practice caters for domestic pets and we also run a small animal orthopaedic and spinal referral centre. The practice has branches in Swaffham and East Dereham with the main surgery located at Grove House in Fakenham. All 3 surgeries have operating, laboratory, X ray and day hospitalisation facilities, although certain more complex cases are transferred for treatment to Fakenham. All surgeries are fully computerised and the branches are linked so up to date records are available at any of the three surgeries.
We are committed to providing excellent value for money and a transparent pricing policy for all our services. Detailed itemised invoices are provided at all times and we encourage clients to discuss potential costs before investigations or treatment are started. Fees are charged as work is done. Follow-up appointments are charged on the same basis.
